This time of year tells you everything you need to know about your systems.
When things are calm, communication feels fine.
When things get busy, the truth shows up.

Right now, I’m seeing:
• Delayed responses
• Inconsistent messaging

I’m having the same conversation over and over right now with superintendents:
“We’re feeling the gaps.”
